By accessing or using the ASVAB exam preparation platform provided through asvabprep.org (the “Service”), operated by AppSLabs OÜ (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
The Service provides online study tools designed to help users prepare for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (“ASVAB”), including practice questions, quizzes, simulated tests, progress tracking, study guidance, explanations, and related educational content.
The specific features, content, question formats, study tools, and functionalities of the Service may change over time.
The Service is provided for educational and exam preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific ASVAB score, improvement, enlistment eligibility, job assignment, military occupational specialty, career outcome, or acceptance into any branch of the United States Armed Forces.
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, changes to subscription pricing or billing terms will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
When you use the Service, we may process information related to your learning activity, such as practice question attempts, quiz and simulated test results, answers, progress statistics, study history, and learning preferences (“Study Data”).
Study Data is used to provide the Service, personalize your experience, display your progress, improve content quality, and support educational functionality.
You retain all rights to any content you submit through the Service, such as text-entry answers, notes, feedback, or support messages. We do not claim ownership over your user-submitted content.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or at the point of purchase.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Subscription and Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
Subscription fees may not include applicable taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all such taxes where applicable.
If a payment attempt fails, we or our payment providers may retry charging your payment method. If payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features.
Some features are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period, unless different cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase.
Deleting your account or discontinuing use of the Service does not automatically cancel your Subscription. You must cancel through your account settings, payment provider, app store subscription settings, or the method provided at the time of purchase.
All content and materials provided through the Service, including text, graphics, logos, software, question bank structure, explanations, study materials, design elements, platform functionality, and other materials, excluding user-submitted content, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
asvabprep.org, associated names, logos, branding, and design elements are trademarks or service marks of the Company or its licensors. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
All third-party names, trademarks, and references, including ASVAB-related names or military references, are used for identification and educational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service is an independent exam preparation platform.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the ASVAB Testing Program, the United States Armed Forces, the Department of Defense, Military Entrance Processing Command, or any other government, military, or recruitment organization.
ASVAB and related military or exam references are used solely for identification, educational, and exam preparation purposes.
The Service does not provide official military, recruitment, career placement, legal, medical, or professional advice.
Information about ASVAB preparation, military careers, enlistment, eligibility, or related topics is provided for general educational purposes only. For official information, you should contact an authorized military recruiter or consult official government or military sources.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including paid subscriptions or premium features, if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, misuse the Service, create risk for other users or the Company, or engage in conduct that may cause legal liability.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Subscription and Refund Policy and applicable law.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or up to date. The Service is for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee any exam result, score improvement, military eligibility, enlistment opportunity, job assignment, or career outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, exam outcomes, enlistment outcomes, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, user-submitted content, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
